Splaj believes in a victim-centered, inclusive approach to transitional justice. We:

  • Conduct comparative research on truth commissions, reparations, and institutional reform models
  • Facilitate workshops and consultations with Syrian civil society, survivors, and legal experts
  • Propose draft legislation and policy frameworks for a future democratic Syria
  • Engage diaspora communities to foster transnational solidarity and memory work

Our transitional justice work focuses not only on legal redress, but also on societal healing, civic trust, and future prevention of conflict.
